This 45-acre tract on Milestone Road was acquired in 2014 to establish walking trails system for public enjoyment. Ruddick Commons abutts other ’Sconset Trust properties now encompassing a total of 59 contiguous acres of open land, with access points at the main Milestone entrance, as well as along Burnell Street and Plainfield Road.

Please enjoy the grounds from dawn until dusk. To ensure your safety, the conservation of the property and the enjoyment of all, we ask that you observe a few simple rules:
- Please enjoy and respect our property.
- Keep dogs under control at all times.
- Walking and biking are permitted, motorized vehicles are not.
- Please pack in and pack out all items.
- Please respect the privacy of all residential abutters.
Parking
We ask that visitors only park at the 270 Milestone Road trailhead. Those wishing to enter at Burnell Street or Plainfield Road trailheads should walk or bike to those entrances.
